Request Ownwiser account deletion
Ownwiser is provided by Farookh Cooper under the FCreative Apps brand. You can request deletion here without installing the app or signing in.
Send your request
Email support@fcreativeapps.com from the email address registered with your Ownwiser account. Use the subject Ownwiser account deletion and state that you want your account and associated data deleted. Do not include your password, bank details or financial documents.

Verification and processing
Support handles requests after verifying account ownership. Sending an email does not instantly delete your account. Support can confirm the required verification steps, expected processing time and progress. If you cannot access your registered email, explain this in your request so support can discuss verification.
Information covered by the request
A verified account-deletion request covers your sign-in account and associated Ownwiser information, including private portfolio and goal records, watchlists, application recovery copies, preferences, Community profile and contributions, reactions, saved selections, block relationships, account-linked feedback and activity.
Information needed for a specific legal obligation or security investigation may be retained only as necessary for that purpose. Any exception and its applicable retention period will be explained when responding to your request. Infrastructure providers may retain operational backups or security records under their own retention practices.
Portfolio deletion is a separate control
Delete my portfolio data in Settings removes portfolio records and their application recovery copies. It does not close your sign-in account or delete Community content, feedback or activity. Uninstalling the app also does not delete server records. Remove exports and local copies that you control on other devices separately.
